Dog Crazy

Alright, so..I'm in Florida and pretty much dead tired from traveling. My brother has been talking about getting a great dane in the near future, so I naturally thought about what kind of dog would be nice for myself. Since then I've gone a little dog crazy. I love dogs and animals in general and would absolutely adore a career where art and animals collided. Just being around dogs all day would make me happier than a hippo flipping a boat of flabby tourists.

Winter Grades

Finally got all of my grades. 1 a, all b's, 1 c+.
Its been a very tough semester, two heavily based character design classes and two professional practice classes. I learned alot, gained many new skills and sharpened the ones I have now.
One more semester to go, more marketing and portfolio prep.

Finals Over

I am sitting in my very last class. By tomorrow I can start recuperating. On Monday I start a series of 19 illustrations for a coloring book. Right now, I am just happy it is almost over.

Finals Week.

Its finals week. So far I have almst all of my boards done for Illustrative drawing. I have one or two to had. Next will be printing...20...11x17 pieces. I might have to buy ink.
Then there is character design which is due wed and is a very large project.
I have a portfolio of poetry to turn in Tuesday, reminds me a need to write an artist's statement for it. Plus a biographical paper on an american illustrator due wed. Then Iprsent my branding and site on thursday.
So, it is a lot to take in.

Back to Work

Getting ready for the final stretch of this semester. My schedule with be very hectic as I try to get things done. I'm really going to need to eat right and stay calm. Hopefully. I can't wait for christmas break.

Thanksgiving

Pretty busy travel day and feasting. I'll be traveling until Friday night. Then i'm doing homework.
