Graduating

Tomorrow is graduation. Its finally sunk in. My brain keeps wanting to move faster and faster, but I'm just beginning to realize I can take my time. Got one or two freelance jobs right now. I stoll want a 9 to 5 job though. Tomorrow will be a busy busy day.

Directions

So I went to Directions. Well, needless to say it was painful for every major except for ad & graph. BUT! I have some exciting news. I have a new contact in the comic book world thanks to it. I may even be able to create a comic book with these guys. I was so thrilled with this that I was basically giddy all day. Having a potential employer ctually say they are impressed by my work is very gratifying.

Busy days

stayed up all night last night, now working off of 2 hours of sleep. I've completely updated my site, adding in a portfolio. My portfolio gallery has exclusive new art that is not present in the other galleries. Though there are one or two repeats. I also have a few new black and white pieces too. Check them out, I'm proud of them.
Spent $80 getting supplies for directions today. Mostly things to give away. Tomorrow is printing day, so much to do.

2 more weeks

...I am so stressed just thinking about it. Two more weeks of classes. Three more weeks 'till graduation. As you can imagine, I am very busy. Plus I have a freelance project and I'm being invited to attend a press conference! Press...conference...
Well, back to work. getting things ready for directions....omg.

Work, Work, Work

I have a freelance branding and web template to work on. Plus getting my portfolio presentable for directions. Add in getting together mailers, that actually look good. AND we only have 4 more weeks of school. Then I'm finishing 3 paintings in painting class, 2 sculpy figures in another class, an 20 boards for yet another class. There is just too much to do.

Back in the Groove

Spring break was nice, didn't touch a computer for a week.
I finished my coloring book job and am starting on a new
project, a website design. Many people have been asking me to
do web design lately. I really need a new computer so I can get
the programs I need.I am well on my way though, I have around
$700 saved for it. Can't wait till I can actually buy it.
